Your intent signal gets the strictest handling on the platform.

When you select Prepare for a Sale, Refinance Review, or any other objective at the top of the valuation, that's one of the most valuable pieces of information in real estate, and the most sensitive. A broker who knew which specific owner just signaled sale intent in their submarket would pay a lot for that lead. We will never give them that. Here's how we handle it instead:

Rule 01: Aggregate Only
Intent is reported as submarket totals. Never linked to your address, entity, or account.
Rule 02: Weekly Batch
Signals publish as a trailing 30-day count, refreshed in weekly batches. A count never updates in real time, so no one can connect a change to a specific owner's action.
Rule 03: Floor of 5
We never publish a signal until at least 5 owners in the same submarket are in the pool.
Rule 04: Real Time Is Yours Alone
The only way a signal goes out faster is if you raise your hand yourself. Motivated sellers can choose to be found, putting vetted brokers in competition for the listing. Broker competition pushes your cost down; buyer competition pushes your price up.
