What's the difference between Owner and Broker plans?+
Owner plans track property performance, valuations, NOI, refi/sell signals, market snapshots for your portfolio. Broker plans are production-focused, unlimited valuations, proposal pipeline, OM builder, buyer matching, and team tools. Same underlying data, completely different jobs.
What is the Dual plan and who is it for?+
Dual gives you both BRIC Pro · Owner ($109.99 value) and BRIC Pro · Broker ($109.99 value) for $139.99/mo, about 13% off buying both. It's built for owner-operators who broker on the side, or brokers who hold buildings personally. You toggle between Owner and Broker views with one click in the dashboard nav.
Should I pick monthly or annual billing?+
Both work, no commitment penalty either way. Monthly gives you full flexibility, cancel anytime, perfect if you want to try BRIC before committing. Annual gets you 2 months free (a 17% effective discount) and one yearly bill instead of twelve. Most active users pick annual after their first 1-2 months once they see the workflow stick. You can switch anytime from your account settings.
What does "cancel" mean on the annual plan?+
On annual plans, "cancel" means we won't auto-renew you for a second year. You keep full access for the 12 months you paid for. There are no partial-year refunds, but you also won't get surprise-billed at month 13. On monthly plans, "cancel" means immediate, you keep access through the end of your current month, then it stops. Both options are managed from your dashboard in one click.
What happens after my free trial ends?+
Your 7-day trial converts to a paid subscription only if you've entered payment details. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your trial ends. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard with no charges.
Can I switch between plans?+
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Switching from Pro to Dual mid-cycle is a popular path for owners who start brokering.
How does Brokerage seat pricing work?+
Brokerage pricing is custom, built per seat on annual agreements for teams of 3+. All seats share valuations, see team activity, and get admin permissions. We work with brokerages from boutique teams to 50+ agents: contact sales for rates and white-label options.
How does the à la carte pricing work?+
À la carte purchases are one-time, non-recurring charges. They're perfect if you're a one-time seller who needs specific outputs without a subscription commitment. Each purchase includes the specific deliverable and 30 days of access to view and download.
What data sources power BRIC?+
BRIC is grounded in public records: NYC Department of Finance rolling sales, final assessment rolls, PLUTO lot data, ACRIS deed records, and Rent Guidelines Board orders, combined with the benchmarks owners contribute through the platform. Every valuation shows you the comparable sales behind it.
Is my data private?+
Absolutely. Your property details, financial inputs, and activity are never sold or shared with brokers or third parties. Anonymized aggregate data (never personally identifiable) contributes to our submarket intelligence, you can opt out at any time.
